Our professional travel counselors can handle your
international and domestic flight arrangements. To ensure
competitive prices, flight availability and preferred
departure times, we recommend that you make your travel
plans early.
Booking
Late Bookings
Bookings made less than 21 days before tour departure
may be assessed a late fee of $150.00 USD per person.
Reservation is confirmed only after receipt of full
payment (including the late booking fee) by credit card,
check or bank draft.
Amendments to Itinerary
Each request for an amendment to a confirmed booking
is subject to a minimum $25 administrative fee.

Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing to Global
Spectrum.

More than 60 days before departure $250
Between 4660 days 50% of selling price
Between 3045 days 65% of selling price
Less than 30 days No refund
Refunds are calculated from the day we receive
written notice. In the event a canceled booking is rescheduled,
the cancellation fees are waived with the exception
of a $250 per person administrative fee and any additional
expenses that may be incurred.
No refund is due for any unused portions of
the tour program. We strongly recommend trip cancellation
insurance and will be happy to provide you with further
information.

We accept personal checks, bank draft or the following credit cards.
American Express, MasterCard or Visa.

Global Spectrum is happy to prepare a customized
itinerary to meet your travel interests, time frame, and
budget. Customizing itineraries is our specialty and we
welcome the opportunity to share our expertise and creative
skills in designing your unique program.

Reservations
Early reservations are strongly recommended since our
tours are often limited to six participants per trip.
To reserve your space on a specific tour we must receive
the following:
- Completed Reservation Form
- $500.00 USD deposit per person
- Travelers Agreement Form, signed.
Tour Cost
...includes...
Most tour programs are all-inclusive land packages that
include accommodations, in-country flights, entrance
fees, meals as indicated in the itinerary, and local
English-speaking guide.
...does not include...
Personal expenses such as insurance, visas, international departure
tax, laundry, and shopping.

While every effort will be made not to increase the
cost of the tours, pricing is subject to change based
on, but not limited to, airfare price adjustment, international
currency fluctuations and increases in costs of overseas
services. We strongly recommend that additional trip
cancellation, health or personal insurance be purchased.
We reserve the right to require that you purchase such
insurance on specific programs.
Tour Guarantee Departures
Regularly scheduled departures operate with as few as two
persons. Groups of fewer than six may require regional guides
and itinerary modifications.
Visa information and Application Forms
US citizens do not need a visa to enter
Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, or Singapore for
